The Dreamcatcher is an American Indian tradition to ensure good sleep and pleasant dreams. According to Indian folklore, your dreams are caught in the web - when the first morning light hits the Dreamcatcher, the bad dreams melt away out the web holes and are removed forever. BLACK OBSIDIAN - (available in arrowhead for center of dreamcatcher) is known as the "Wizard's Stone". It holds back negativity and provides protection for the super-sensitive.

HEMATITE – is a grounding stone of manifestation; aiding one to manifest the spiritual into life.

SNOWFLAKE OBSIDIAN - is known as “the stone of purity”, bringing balance to the triune (mind/body/spirit) function. Available in medium Zuni bear.

BLACK TOURMALINE – is a stone of protection against negative influences. It increases the wearer’s energy level, encourages mental balance, and promotes psychic prowess.

SMOKEY QUARTZ- is known as the “stone of cooperation”; encouraging the collaboration of people and resources directed toward a common goal by eliminating mental blockages and misconceptions.

Purple stones

AMETHYST - is called the "healer's stone", "stone of spirituality and contentment", and "stone of meditation". Available in small Zuni bear.

FLUORITE - (purple, turquoise, frosty white and green) is called the "stone of discernment" because it increases intuition and social awareness. Available in small and medium Zuni bear.

IOLITE – is called the “violet stone”. This stone is one of the best for use with the Third Eye Chakra for intuition, spiritual growth, and meditation.

Blue stones

BLUE LACE AGATE - is called the "stone for gentle people". Its energy is calming, uplifting, and peaceful; bringing harmony to the environment. Limited availability in small Zuni Bear.

LAPIS LAZULI - is known as the "stone of total awareness", by increasing intuition and empathy. Available in small and medium Zuni bear.

SODALITE - is a shaman's stone. It is beneficial in healing work by providing activation of the third eye; providing direction of purpose and lightness of heart. Available in medium Zuni bear.

Blue/green stones

TURQUOISE - is a master healing stone that promotes spontaneity in romance and stimulates the initiation of romantic love. Available in large Zuni bear.

AVENTURINE – is often used to activate and clear the Heart Chakra making it an excellent stone for shielding a person from unwanted energies or intrusions. Available in medium Zuni bear.

MALACHITE - is the "Stone of Transformation"

ZUNI BEAR - symbolizes the most powerful animal, the bear, Guardian of the Earth, representing strength, introspection, and power of the soul. Bear awakens the power of the unconscious and our primal instincts. It reminds us to draw on our inner resources and practice discernment and discrimination. The Zuni Indians believe that if you place a small button filled with cornmeal under the nose of the Zuni Bear when you leave your home it will protect it while you are away. The strength and well being of Bear are said to be passed on to the owner.
