Healer's Hand/Shaman's Hand/Reiki Hand Stones in Dark Green Aventurine, Red Agate, Orbicular Jasper, Dalmatian Jasper, Prehnite, and Hawk's Eye Jasper engraved and embossed with black or gold. You will receive the exact stone pictured. These are known as worry stones, comfort stones, fidget stones, palm stones, or thumb stones. They are smooth, polished gemstones in the shape of an oval or rounded rectangle used for relaxation or anxiety relief. They are used by holding the stone between the index finger and thumb and gently moving one’s thumb back and forth across the stone. This action of moving one’s thumb back and forth across the stone can reduce stress. Size is approximately 3-3 1/2 x 4 1/2-5 cm (1 - 1 1/2 inches by 1 1/2 - 2 inches). AVENTURINE –is often used to activate and clear the Heart Chakra making it an excellent stone for shielding a person from unwanted energies or intrusions. Aventurine diffuses negative energy. It balances the yin and yang energies, improving one's creative nature. Aventurine is used in shamanic medicine wheel work to aid spirit guides in connecting to the green, healing heart light. Aventurine has an affinity for Aries and vibrates to the number three. These are dark green stones with some variations and striations.
